    Dr Debashish Jena

    Assistant Professor
    Operations and Supply Chain Management

    Dr Debashish Jena earned his BE in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Allahabad and his PhD in Operations Management from IIM Lucknow. Before entering academia, he worked as a management consultant for the National Productivity Council (NPC), a body of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India. Additionally, he has also been a Guest Faculty at several IIMs. As a consultant, trainer, and researcher, he has more than 20 years of expertise. Dr Jena offers a range of courses in analytics, decision sciences, project management, supply chain management, service operations management, and management of revenues.

    He also has a wealth of consulting and training experience in industries dealing with Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Processes, Energy and Services. He effortlessly bridges the gap between business and academia with clients like Cadbury India, NTPC, NALCO, Indian Oil Corporation, Apollo Hospital, GAP International, Rail Coach Factory, Hero Cycles, Ashok Leyland, Ministry of Textiles, Ministry of Power, MRKFED, MILKFED, and ESI Hospitals.
