Science and Technology Council
Science and Technology (S & T) Council is the student technical activities body of the Institute. As an umbrella organization, it coordinates with Tinkering Lab, Kode Club, E-Cell and organizes Annual Technical Festivals Urjotsav. The main role of the council is to foster the technical, entrepreneurial, and management skills in the students by providing a platform to convert ideas to prototypes and subsequently from prototypes to products. The council organizes various expert lectures, workshops, projects as well as competitions.

Social Council
Social Council of the Institute is constituted to connect and help the weaker and underprivileged sections of the nearby populace. There are various activities organized by the Social Council such as ARPAN, Gyanarpan and Unnat Bharat Abhiyan .

Cultural Council
Cultural Council is constituted to organize the various faculty/staff and student-oriented cultural events such as Kaltarang- Annual Cultural Festival, Pratidhwani- To welcome the Freshers and Garba night.

Sports Council
To boost the sports activities among the students, the Council organizes various activities throughout the year. The events organized by the Council such as Annual Sports Festival, Energia, Intra-Hostel Sports Meet, Mini-Marathon, to name a few. The Sports Council also encourages the students for their participation in the various sports competitions organized by other Institutes, like IITs, Universities and Colleges.
The sports activities at Institute are primarily run by the students. The Council is responsible for all sporting activities on the campus and plays a decisive role in the participation of students outside of the campus. The Sports Council is governed by the Office of Dean, Student Affairs.
