Forty-one girl students and three teachers from Jawahar Navoday Vidyalay, Raebareli visited RGIPT campus on March 30, 2023 under DST - Vigyan Jyoti Programme. RGIPT Jais is a knowledge partner under this scheme. During their stay in the campus, students interacted with the Director, Professor A S K Sinha, and were motivated to work in Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).

Further, students attended lectures from faculties of different departments and understood the applications of Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and Computer Science Engineering in the realm of the energy sector. Students also visited different research laboratories where they were motivated to go for higher studies and research in STEM after their schooling.

Dr Ankur Pandey, Assistant Professor, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering coordinated the entire programme.
